Vindication and Advocacy for Michael Jackson and other deceased persons whose Legacy is allowed to be tarnished because there is no law to protect the deceased from defamation. Offenders, those who defame, should be required to give account for their personal thoughts, views, or attitudes; especially those based mainly upon emotion instead of reason or knowledge.
This Video was created to promote the "Anti-Defamation Legacy Law" Campaign. A law that will give family members/estate administrators the legal recourse needed to stop defamation of those deceased or those who no longer have a voice.
In other words give them a postumous cause of action against the offenders who have acted irresponsibly in their speech, writings and publising's toward the deceased person(s). Offenders are those who abuse their "First Amendment Rights" by promoting hate and publishing lies.
