The California Anti-Defamation Law project has a new source of support! Bishop Washington of Kingdom Konnection Ministries has felt led to join the effort to make this law a reality. Bishop Washington is the Pastor of Mary Brookins, aka Dark Child. The Bishop is dedicating their prayer line every Tuesday to give CADEFLAW an opportunity to bring their platform to the Christian community. There is an unstoppable power in joining the CADEFLAW members with concerned Christians.
Advocacy for this law is not exclusive to Michael Jackson fans. It belongs to people who believe that everyone, living or dead, deserves respect and dignity. It belongs to anyone who believes that there should be honesty and integrity on the part of the media. Advocacy is for people everywhere who desire to see both media and individuals use words in a responsible manner and be held accountable when rumor and lies are used to defame.
We would love to hear from you. If you would like to participate, please call in! Prayer Line times are Tuesday mornings at 6:30 a.m. CST. That’s 7:30 a.m. EST and 4:30 a.m. PST. If you can’t make it in the morning, there is an evening opportunity at 7:00 p.m. CST. That is 8:00 p.m. EST and 5:00 p.m. PST.
